This is a 10" round bowl with lots of sparkle! The leaves are cut from dichroic glass that gives them a color-changing shimmer. Regularly $150; special price $120. 

These decorative leaves are cast from molds that are made from real leaves. They are a "labor of love" because of the process. It involves creating a clay positive, pouring a plaster mold, refining the mold, coloring the mold with glass powders and backfilling with glass, coldworking once the glass has been fired, sandblasting, and finally forming into the shapes. Leaves are ~6" (small) and ~9" (large). Small leaves $55; large leaves $65. 

This is a lovely 13x7.5" bowl. The leaves get their shine from mica powder that is fired into the glass. Why hawk wing? That is the name of the beautiful streaky brown glass that this bowl is created from. Regularly $150; special price $120.

The images of leaves in this 10" round fluted bowl are created using real leaves sprinkled with glass powder. When fired in the kiln, the leaves burn away but the image of the leaf remains. Regularly $150; special price $120. Please note that because of the process used to make this bowl, the surface is slightly rougher than most of my other glass items.
